The short form
The Conditions Assessment
Twenty questions on the four conditions that decide whether capable people produce results. Ten minutes, four scores, and the one condition to move first.
Why twenty and not forty
The full diagnostic is adaptive and unlocks ten executive metrics, which is the right instrument for one leader with twenty minutes. This one answers a narrower question and answers it the same way for everybody: five fixed items per condition, in a fixed order, so two people’s numbers can be put side by side. That is what makes it the instrument a facilitated session runs in the room, and on paper where devices cannot go.
What you can reproduce
Each score is the plain mean of five answers on a 1 to 5 scale. No weighting, no composite only the software can compute. A number nobody in the room can argue with is a number nobody in the room will act on, so this one is built to be checked by hand. It is deliberately not scored into the ten metrics: twenty items cannot carry them.
Where this sits
Same engine, same scale, four depths. Each step adds something the one before it cannot see: more of the instrument, then more than one perspective, then evidence from your own records rather than opinion alone.
