A review cadence puts a known number of days in front of every response before anybody has done anything wrong. None of that needs an instrument. It needs figures your organization already keeps and an equation somebody is willing to publish.

What a calculator is not.
These calculate and they do not diagnose. Every field asks for a figure your organization already keeps, from a calendar, a queue, a ledger, or a ranking your team wrote down, and what comes back is arithmetic on what you entered. Nothing here asks you to rate a condition from one to five, nothing here produces a score, and no answer on these pages is a reading of your organization. Where you want a measurement rather than a calculation, the diagnostics do that and they publish what they cannot tell you as well. An answer here is exactly as good as the figure you put in, which is why every calculator names where its inputs come from before it asks for them.
A calculator
Takes hours, counts, days and dollars you can go and check, applies a published equation, and returns a quantity. Change an input and you can see exactly why the answer moved. Two people entering the same figures get the same result.
A diagnostic
Administers an item bank to people, scores what they could observe and were willing to report, and states the limits of that reading. It is a measurement of an organization rather than a calculation on figures about one. The four instruments do that job.

Get the figures before you open the calculator
Every calculator names its sources at the top. Most of them take ten minutes to assemble and one of them takes a meeting. Entering a guess produces an answer that is exactly as good as the guess, which is the one failure the arithmetic cannot detect.

Read the equation before you read the answer
Each page prints the equation and names every term in it, so a reader who disagrees can say which step they disagree with. That is the difference between a figure a room accepts and a figure a room nods at.

A calculator tells you a quantity about one condition. Where several are moving at once, or where you need to know what people can actually observe rather than what the records say, that is a measurement and the instruments are built for it.
