Builder Training
Practice the judgment before the quarter that needs it.
Nothing here measures your organization and nothing here commits it. A simulation is safe to get wrong, which is the whole reason to run one.
What is here
5 surfaces, and what each one leaves you holding.
The Readiness System
5 modules, 45 lessons
The operating method itself: how to diagnose, plan, execute and debrief a period against conditions rather than against a task list.
Written for: Manager, Senior manager, Senior leadership, C-level
Builder Leadership
3 modules, 10 lessons
The leadership track: leading yourself, leading others, leading the organization.
Written for: Team contributor, Manager, Senior manager
Mission Planning Lab
20 to 30 min
A practiced quarter. You allocate a fixed capacity across competing demands, see what your own choices concentrated on, and leave with a printable brief of a plan nobody has to live with.
Written for: Senior manager, Senior leadership, C-level
Readiness Under Pressure
A read on which condition gives way first when a period goes wrong, practiced against a scenario.
Written for: Manager, Senior manager, Senior leadership
The Builder's Library
The reference shelf: the research, the case studies and the position papers behind every instrument, followable as a reading path.
Written for every seat

What is missing here, and why it is missing.
Stated on the page rather than left blank. A roadmap kept private is how a gap becomes a surprise, and a reason written down is what stops the next version being the wrong one.
- Board Oversight Simulation
- A practiced oversight cycle: what a board can ask for, what it can actually see, and where an assurance gap opens.
- The board diagnostic shipped first because it could be written from the governance literature. A simulation needs a scenario with a real information asymmetry in it, and writing one that a director recognizes is authorship rather than a build step.
- For: Board member
- One Team, One Quarter
- A practiced period at the altitude of a single team, where the constraint is people rather than portfolio.
- The Mission Planning Lab allocates a portfolio, which is the wrong unit for a manager: their constraint is load per person and who can say a plan is wrong. That is a different scenario, not a smaller version of the same one.
- For: Team contributor, Manager
Coverage
Every level, three ways in
A diagnosis nobody was trained to read changes nothing, and training with no period of work behind it is a seminar. Each row is a seat in an organization; each column is one of the three things you can do from it.

The 2 gaps, and why they are open
These are stated rather than hidden. A matrix with a quiet blank cell reads as an oversight, and one that shows only what exists is a brochure.
- Team contributor, implement: Cycle Planning
- THE QUARTER HAS A HOME AND THE LOOP INSIDE IT DOES NOT, which is the gap this registry was written to make visible. A quarterly plan that is never re-cut against what happened is a forecast, and the levels closest to the work are exactly the ones the quarterly session does not reach. Called a CYCLE and not a sprint on purpose: "sprint" files the product into agile delivery, which is the same category mistake CLAUDE.md refuses when it forbids calling an organizational instrument an "Assessment". The house word is already "cycle": it appears in 24 places and in lib/pricing.ts's own offer key, quarterly-cycle.
- Board member, train: Board Oversight Simulation
- The board diagnostic shipped first because it could be written from the governance literature. A simulation needs a scenario with a real information asymmetry in it, and writing one that a director recognizes is authorship rather than a build step.
