Services

Every service is an application of the same philosophy.

Organizations underperform not because their people are wrong, but because their conditions are. Whether you start with a book, a diagnostic, a consulting engagement, or an executive partnership the work is always the same: find the constraint, then build what the work actually requires.

The Book & Education

The Four A's of Organizational Readiness™ is the foundation. Everything else is an application of what the book teaches. Start here to understand the framework before engaging at any level.

Diagnose

Assessments & Diagnostics

The assessments don't just score your organization: they teach you to see it differently. Every question is drawn from the framework. The result is a diagnosis, not a report card.

Executive Diagnostic™

A free, progressive self evaluation that reveals which of the Four A's is your organization's primary constraint, building a live profile as you answer.

Run the Diagnostic

Team Evaluation

Each leader answers independently. A comprehensive picture across all four dimensions that shows exactly where your leadership team agrees and where it diverges.

Build

Advisory & Consulting

Dan's consulting engagements apply the Four A's framework to the organization's actual conditions. Not a prescribed solution. A diagnosis first, then deliberate construction of what the work actually requires.

Diagnostic Engagement

A focused 30–60 day organizational readiness assessment. Dan reads the site, calendars, decisions, conversations, capacity, before identifying the primary operating constraints. Includes AI readiness diagnosis: whether your organization has built the conditions required for AI investments to generate returns. You leave with a prioritized set of conditions to change and a clear sequencing of what has to happen first.

The Method

Every client experiences the philosophy.

The engagement process is not a consulting framework bolted onto the work. It is the work: every phase named for what it actually is.

Phase 1

Read the Site

Every engagement begins with diagnosis: not prescription. Before recommending anything, we read the calendars, the decisions, the conversations, and the actual capacity of the organization. The constraint is almost never what it looks like from the outside.

Phase 2

Read the Conditions

The Four A's diagnostic reveals which conditions are present, which are absent, and which are actively working against performance. The constraint is almost never what it looks like.

Phase 3

Build the Environment

With the diagnosis clear, the work is deliberate construction: what needs to stop, what needs to be built, what needs to be clarified, and in what order.

Phase 4

Sustain the System

The goal is not a successful engagement. It is an organization that keeps building after the engagement ends: one that understands its own conditions well enough to maintain and improve them.

Not Sure Where to Start?

Begin with a diagnostic conversation.

The goal of the first conversation is always the same: identify the highest-leverage constraint before recommending any service. We do not prescribe before we diagnose.
