What is the Executive Organizational Diagnostic?

It is an executive diagnostic that measures the structural conditions determining whether capable people produce results, based on Mission Intelligence Systems' Four A’s of Organizational Readiness™. It produces 10 proprietary metrics, a primary constraint, and prioritized recommendations.

How long does the diagnostic take?

A self evaluation takes about 20 minutes. The dashboard begins building after the first few answers and covers the full instrument at around 35 to 40 questions.

Is it free, and is my data private?

Yes. The diagnostic is free and private by default. A self evaluation stays in your browser, and your answers are never sent to us unless you request an expert interpretation.

What is the difference between the self and team evaluation?

The self evaluation diagnoses your organization from one leader’s perspective. The team evaluation has 3 to 8 people answer independently and maps where they diverge, which is the fastest path to a productive alignment conversation.

These are diagnostic tools, not guarantees of any outcome. They read self-reported conditions from one vantage point and suggest where to look next; what actually happens depends on the decisions people make, the execution that follows, and technical and commercial factors these questions cannot see. Verify a result before acting on it, and keep your own judgment in the loop.

What stands behind the instrument is published too: every item written to a named construct, the bank frozen and versioned, and nine analyses named in advance, each with the result that would count against it.
