Name and email reach the invitation. Title is free text and is only ever seen by you. Function and level are the only fields that can appear in a breakdown, and only when enough of the room shares the value.

Facilitator

What each participant is told

Their role and title are never shown with any result.
Nothing they enter appears on a screen with their name on it.
Nobody sees anything until everyone invited has responded, including the facilitator.
No one sees individual answers, including the facilitator. Responses are stored unlinked from the people who gave them, so only the group result exists.

Keep this group result so we can measure again laterIndividual responses are deleted on the same schedule either way, and no answer, name or individual figure is ever kept. What this allows is holding on to four scores and how widely the team disagreed on each, so a later measurement can be compared against this one. Each participant is emailed their private link. Private by default.

Data saved on our servers is deleted automatically after 90 days. Storage is provided as a courtesy and is capacity-bound, so under heavy demand older data may be removed sooner. Save or export anything you need to keep.
