Constraint Map

Every system has one constraint that governs its output more than any other. Improve anything else and the system barely moves. Improve the constraint and the whole thing accelerates. This artifact forces the discipline of naming exactly one, locating it in the flow of work, and committing to remove it rather than route around it.
