This module treats delivery as an act of preservation: hold attention on the constraint, keep authority at the point of work, and surface friction before it compounds. It reads the Mission Board and the Constraint Map, and it protects what planning put in place.

- Constraint Map. What is actually limiting execution, named and located, so effort goes to the constraint rather than around it.
