Executive Readiness Review
You have the result. This is the conversation about what it means.
A diagnostic tells you where the constraint sits. It cannot tell you what to do on Monday in your organization, with your people, against the commitments you have already made. That is a conversation, and it is a short one when the evidence is already on the table.
What you are buying
The facts, before the conversation.
- Who it is for
- An executive who has a diagnostic result and wants to know what to do with it.
- In the room
- You and Dan Flynn. One conversation, no panel, no deck.
- Time required
- 45 minutes, live.
- Pricing
- $950. It is the cheapest way into the practice, and meant to stay that way.
What you leave with
- Your result read back to you in the language of your own operating model
- The primary constraint named, and the reason it outranks the others
- The specific conditions that have to be built before any other investment
- What to stop doing, which is usually the harder half
- A straight answer on whether a facilitated engagement would add anything
How it runs
Before
Complete any of the diagnostics first. The free 24-item short form is enough: the session is about interpretation, and interpretation needs a reading to interpret.
During
Forty-five minutes on the result. The constraint is identified live, against your context rather than a benchmark, and you can argue with it in the room.
After
You keep the reading and the constraint. There is no obligation to buy anything, and if nothing further is warranted that is what you will be told.
What a review is not.
Being clear about this is cheaper than discovering it in the session.
Not a sales call
The constraint gets named whether or not it leads anywhere commercial. If the honest answer is that you can fix this yourself, that is the answer you get.
Not a benchmark
Your result is not compared against a normative sample, because no such sample exists yet and saying otherwise would be a measurement claim the evidence does not support.
Not a delivery engagement
Forty-five minutes buys interpretation, not implementation. Building the conditions is the work that follows, and it is scoped separately.
