Seeing in the abstract is not enough. Before you plan anything, you read your own ground. The Executive Organizational Diagnostic turns everything in this module into a measured picture of your organization's conditions.
What the diagnostic measures
The diagnostic is powered by Builder Intelligence and built on the Four A's. Beneath the questions, a measurement engine scores Attention, Alignment, Authority, and Adaptability, along with the friction between them, and rolls them into a set of executive metrics including a Builder Index and an AI Readiness Probability. It measures conditions, not opinions, and it names your primary constraint rather than handing you a generic report.
How to read the score
Read the score the way a builder reads soil. The lowest condition is not a verdict on your people; it is the place where capable work is currently being prevented, and therefore the place where a change will produce the most. A low Authority score with a high Attention score tells a very different story, and calls for a very different plan, than the reverse.
From seeing to planning
This is the handoff. The diagnostic produces the Readiness Score that Mission Planning reads as its starting point. Planning that begins from a real reading of conditions becomes the application of a philosophy, not another tactical checklist. That is the whole point of learning to see first.
Run the Executive Diagnostic to read your own ground, then carry the Readiness Score into Mission Planning.
How this fits the system
Running the diagnostic here is what produces your Readiness Score, the starting position for everything that follows.
