The Comprehensive Assessment
The instrument the free evaluations are drawn from, run at full depth: sixty questions, in more than one room, against your own records rather than only your opinions.
There is no start button on this page, and that is deliberate. This one does not begin with a form. It begins with a conversation about what you are trying to find out.
What the depth buys
The free evaluations are not a sample of this one. They are the same engine at a shorter length, and they produce a real result you can act on without ever speaking to us. What this adds is depth, a second altitude, a second method, and someone in the room when the answers go up on the wall.
Every construct measured, not sampled
Sixty items drive all twenty constructs past four observations. At forty items, fourteen of the twenty land below that, which is why several metrics in the free evaluations carry a provisional marker. This is the length at which the marker disappears, and it is where the question bank runs out: 72 or 88 items measure nothing more.
More than one altitude
The same instrument, the same day, answered by the executive team and by the tier below them. Within-group spread says individuals disagree. A gap between tiers says something is not travelling, which is a different problem with a different fix, and no single room can show it to you.
Evidence, not only perception
Twelve observable facts recorded from your own artifacts, the calendar, the decision log, the register, scored on the same anchors and placed beside what the room believes. Where the two disagree by a wide margin is the finding, and it is one no questionnaire can produce on its own.
A staged reveal, not a report in an inbox
The result is read privately first, then released to the room a stage at a time: spread with no names, then the conditions named and banded, then everything. A team that sees the whole picture at once argues about the numbers. A team that sees the spread first argues about the organization.
Measured again later
With the client’s agreement the group result outlives the ninety day deletion: four condition means and their spreads, with no answers, names or individual figures. That is what a second measurement compares against, and it is the only way to show what actually moved.
Where this sits
Same engine, same scale, four depths. Each step adds something the one before it cannot see: more of the instrument, then more than one perspective, then evidence from your own records rather than opinion alone.
